Randy Rubin is a seasoned business executive with 30+ years of account management, innovative product development, brand representation and sales experience in the retail and foodservice sectors. He was raised in the hospitality industry at the young age of 12 eventually deciding to get his culinary degree and attend SUNY Sullivan, graduating with an A.A.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Technology. After graduating SUNY Sullivan, Randy attended Florida International University and graduated from the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. In 1996 he began working for Sysco Food Services of South Florida achieving Torchbearer status from 1997-2001 as the top performing salesman in South Florida. Randy then became a Regional Sales Manager with US Foods Pompano Division is 2003 establishing a new territory in Dade County while growing sales to $68 million in 2007. Later that year, Randy helped launch Ciao Imports a specialty foods company that imported products from all over the world. Randy sat on the Specialty Food Association Foodservice Council from 2008-2018 and currently handles the role of Secretary for the Preparedness & Education Industry Working Group at the SFA. Randy is excited to join the B&A team and drive growth for our manufacturing partners.
