Marlin Deacon

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, VA/DC/MD DIVISION

Marlin joins B&A with over 20+ years’ experience. He discovered his passion for cooking in prep kitchens. Marlin continued his culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. Throughout school, Marlin worked at the renowned Portland City Grill and Sun Valley Ski Resort. Returning to the East coast after graduation, Marlin held positions at The Shark on The Harbor, as well as other Ocean City hot spots in his hometown. Marlin is excited to bring his passion and culinary expertise to the B&A Team, and our Manufacturing Partners to grow their businesses.
