With over 20 years at B&A and 30 years of food industry experience, Mark’s career has taken him through many areas of the food industry with depth in both buying and selling organizations locally and across the United States. His experience includes a decade long record of success within Wakefern Food Corporation. Responsibilities included purchasing and sales within multiple departments including Deli, Dairy, Grocery and Non-Foods. Mark’s knowledge is unparalleled when it comes to understanding the needs of the customer and navigating effectively through their cooperative environment. Mark’s tenure also includes the role as Wakefern’s first Director of Category Management for the cooperative. Additionally, Mark has a very broad selling skill set having worked for several CPG organizations in National Sales Manager capacities. Mark also holds a Master’s Degree in Food Marketing from St. Joseph’s University. Mark’s cumulative experiences provides well-balanced empathy for both our customers and valued principals.
