Lauren Mauzy

Lauren began her career with B&A in 2013 in Customer Service and quickly proved herself an invaluable asset to the organization. During her early years, she redefined our service standards—documenting and elevating all processes and procedures while enhancing the overall customer experience for our principals, distributors, and operator partners.Twelve years later, Lauren now leads all Office Operations and oversees our Inside Sales and Bids Department, supporting the entire Southeast division, which has grown to span 22 states. Known for her “can-do” attitude and exceptional professionalism, she brings energy, precision, and leadership that elevate every team she touches. Lauren holds two Bachelor’s degrees from Florida Atlantic University and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
