Gilmar Navas

Gilmar splits his time between B&A’s Foodservice and Retail Merchandising teams, a hybrid role that keeps him close to our partners’ products from the kitchen to the shelf. On the foodservice side, he calls on end users across commercial, institutional, and non-commercial operations, helping the people who purchase, prepare, and serve our partners’ products get the most out of them. On the retail side, he works with independent and specialty stores across Manhattan, supporting resets, in-store execution, and special projects. Gilmar brings youthful energy, real passion, and a strong work ethic to everything he does, and he’s quickly become a go-to resource for customers and teammates alike.
