Dick brings 30+ years of foodservice industry experience. He has held distinctive roles at Regional and National Levels. He is honored to bring this expertise and his many developed relationships to B&A. Early in his career, he was a leading force in managing and growing sales for some Fortune 50, Familiar National Brands and Top Tier manufacturers. His ability and accomplishments opened the door to move into a National Sales Manager role with one of America’s oldest domestic non-food party manufacturers. After almost ten years managing brokers and national sales, he started his own non-food brokerage in the Carolinas. Focusing on custom print and branded packaging disposables, he created significant volume sales with national and regional chains. He has worked with many throughout our footprint and beyond and successfully leveraged sales with multiple companies to create positive sales growth and profitability for all parties. Joining the B&A Team allows him to focus on his passion for teamwork, building business and scaling his skills and talents with a larger alliance.
