Bill will be joining B&A Food Sales with 25 years of experience as a foodservice operator in the Carolina’s and Florida. Bill has extensive food knowledge from his days as a chef with Morton’s and other national chains. He was an instrumental force in the origination of the nationwide brand PDQ. Bill was able to take a simple idea and get the attention of one of the biggest restaurateurs based out of Tampa, Florida. The company opened (4) units in Tampa in the first eight months, PDQ now has (78) units nationwide. This has led him to focus on his passion of working with national and regional multi-unit accounts. He has forged several strong relationships in this sector and will be pursuing opportunities to provide our manufacturing community with significant and consistent growth. Bill is also (6) credits away from obtaining his Bachelor’s degree from UNCC.
